This is my FAVORITE chilis in all of DFW. The vibe is great, the service is great, and i come back as often as i can. The managers also are so attentive! LOVE IT!!!

I haven’t been or eaten Chili’s in years. Rayana was so patient and giving me her suggestions for takeout. Order was fresh and the service was quick!

Its been awhile since weve been back and I have to say im glad we did. Our waitress was so amazing she made our visit her enjoyable, the management staff came by with smile to make sure we was doing ok and the food was really good . We will definitely be coming back again

The people here are great! We sat near the bar and could see the bartender make our drink! 10/10! Delicious food! The other person in the bar area too was sure to check on us often we felt so loved!!

Went to celebrate 16 year old birthday yesterday. There was no delay of the 6 of us being seated right after a party of 20. There was a party of 6 that was seated after we received our drink order. They had different waiters. Carmelo, the waiter came back after 15 minutes and said they had run out of guacamole. We ordered a different appetizer and it was brought out with no plates, had to ask for napkins. Ordered our food, it was brought out. Carmelo disappeared while the other tables were getting their requests filled. He had 3 other tables that were eating, finishing. We were the only table that was new for him to wait on. After our meal, asked for the birthday song, Carmelo aid no one was available to sing happy birthday. Not even 5 minutes later, the party of 20 had the manager, their waiter and another waiter singing happy birthday. We had to ask the manager to correct our ticket twice being overcharged. If you go and get Carmelo as your waiter and your color is darker than his, he will treat you with indifference. Carmelo was advised of how he treated our party and he said I gave you drink refills and I won’t say his other comments about the kitchen. He was given his 30% tip, maybe he will treat people darker than him of a different race with the same service the other 2 tables of his same race received. Both of the other tables left before we did.

Calvin was nothing short of amazing!!! I hope the next time I come back he’s there so I can request to sit in his section! We celebrated my son’s 8th grade celebration and his kindness was greatly appreciated!

Nour was a true treasure to have at the table. He dealt with us, which was a rare ability to begin with, always had a smile on his face, and was incredible with table management.
