This is a very racist place to eat. My family of 6 came in to have dinner after visiting the Marina Christmas lights. They say us down, and almost 25 min later no one not a person came to visit the table or ask if anything was ok. My family got up and walked out the restaurant.

As we were walking out the restaurant no one again asked if anything was ok. As a person of color and the entire staff was not in favor of my color. Or my families color. My family decided to say something and the manager was very and I mean very I bothered about patrons feeling unworthy to eat at her establishment. I'll go on record and I mean this. You all need to change your ways quickly. People of color are not at all your issue. Your issue is whoever is allowing you to work and work with that type of racist behavior.

I would have never brung my family here and will never brung my family here again. Chilis. I'm taking this to the top. You all has messed up seriously. We are not happy . It's Christmas time guys. Come on.

To say we had an amazing experience would be an understatement. Our servers name was Timya, she is the sweetest stranger I’ve ever met. Me and my husband are in the midst of the newborn trenches with a toddler as well and were struggling with our newborn crying non stop while trying to eat. Our sweet server washed her hands, took my baby on a trip around the restaurant during dinner rush on a Friday, all while serving multiple tables. She has no idea how much that dinner experience meant to us… maybe I’m just post partum and emotional but I’m in tears writing this review for the sweetest crew that served us tonight. Including the hostesses, other servers and managers on shift. Thank you for being a helping hand in some of the hardest times of parenthood 🤍

I had placed an Uber order for this location specifically. I needed an adjustment made to the order, that wasn't available on the app. I ended up calling the restaurant to see if they could help, and, Noah Walker answered. He was incredibly helpful with my request. If there's a way to give him a recommendation or review, I would be happy to give one!

I get that I didn’t eat inside and chose to place my order online for pick up, but I think the quality of food should be the same whether I sit in or take it to go. I always eat in so the food is always good, but not Togo. Half the food was missing the sauce. And half the chicken was raw. Very disappointing

We were seated quickly although I requested a booth but only a half booth/table was available. It took some time for the server to finally greet and take orders. The wait time on the meal felt exceptionally long but that seems to be on par for this location for some reason. The server was friendly but was hard to find for refills.

The chips and queso appetizer was seasoned just right. The burger and fries also tasted good and portioned well.

There seemed to be a number of birthday celebrations throughout the meal so the atmosphere was louder than expected. The inside temperature was cold when the air was on so having a jacket on hand is recommended.

Empty restaurant upon arrival, seated quickly. Gave our drink and meal orders when we sat down.
1. Separate server brought drinks without straws
When I asked for them brought out appetizers and still needed to come back with straws

Gave my salad with no utensils

I asked for fork was brought plastic to go utensils. ( yes we were eating in)

When waitress returned I explained what happened she did get proper utensils

Our food was delivered just ok
Cheeseburger with unmelted slice of cheese
Salty fries

For there to be no one in there should have been better service in my opinion

Stopped by for lunch and it was not busy at all. Me and my wife were the only ones in our section. We were sat for 7+ minutes no one came to take our drink order. An employee walked by several times and never acknowledgment or apologized. Ended up leaving since we couldn’t get anyone’s attention and went elsewhere.

Sat down for lunch. No one came by our table for drink orders or anything. It was very empty inside. After 7 mins we decided to leave. There was also no kiosk at our table. Not sure if that would have made a difference.
