The food I got (triple dippa) was phenomenal and my server which was named Natalie was fanTASTIC. She made our experience WONDERFUL by her AMAZING work and her GREAT personality. Great Job Natalie! Hello my name is Myles and I was a customer at chilis. I had a horrid experience at chilies due to the manager Christina, she ruined my Childs birthday party with her rotten attitude, the only reason why my child had a good time was due to his great server Nathalie. I will not be coming back due too Christinas rude antics, thank nathalie

If it wasn’t for the server trying her best to help us out , I would have not even paid. First thing I had a water , and there was still strawberry chunks INSIDE , had it replaced just for it to have specs of food inside , finally just asked the girl for a to go cup since I was already getting disgusted. Ordered cheese fries and you could tell they were reheated after being left out for long - and the taste was horrid. Sent them back , had them comped we were okay with that. My partner and daughter got the Cajun pasta and the kids pasta - now both have food poisoning. This location used to be our spot since 2021 , never again. Has gone down to ruins , lazy dishwashers, lazy cooks, service from our server was great and she apologized for everything. We never took it out on her , and appreciate her for trying her best. Regret not taking photos. DONT COME HERE!!!

Large Family made reservations for my birthday..worse service staff we complain over and over again with manager mckayla she just stood there like a statue..she shouldn't be a manger at all..I never post comments ever..BUT HAD TOO THIS TIME..

I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience at this location because it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I came in with reasonable expectations—it’s a Chili’s, not a five-star restaurant—but even the most basic standards weren’t met. From the moment I walked in, I could tell things weren’t going to go well.

First, it took way too long to get seated, even though the restaurant was only half full. The hostess seemed completely uninterested in acknowledging us, and when she finally did, she just grabbed some menus and walked off without saying anything. After standing there awkwardly for a moment, we figured out we were supposed to follow her. Once we sat down, we waited another ten minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. At that point, I was already frustrated, but I was hoping the food would at least make up for it. Spoiler alert: it did not.

When the drinks finally arrived, they were wrong. I ordered a simple soda, and somehow, that was too complicated. No big deal—I just asked for the correct one, but it took another five minutes to get it. By the time our server came back to take our food order, we had already been sitting for close to twenty minutes. The menu is standard Chili’s fare, so we kept our orders simple, thinking that would help things go smoothly. It did not.

After waiting nearly 40 minutes for our food, it finally arrived, and it was a complete disappointment. The appetizer was cold, as if it had been sitting in the back for a while before being brought to our table. The main dishes weren’t much better—undercooked chicken, soggy fries, and a burger that looked nothing like what was advertised. It was clear that little effort was put into the food’s preparation.

To make matters worse, our server disappeared for most of the meal. Nobody checked in to see if we needed refills, and when we finally flagged someone down to ask for napkins and condiments, it took another 15 minutes to get them. At that point, we were just ready to leave.

The final straw was the bill. They overcharged us for an item we never received, and when I pointed it out, the server acted annoyed rather than apologetic. It took forever to get it fixed, and by the time we walked out, I regretted even stepping inside.

I usually try to find something positive about any dining experience, but this one was truly awful from start to finish. Between the terrible service, the long wait times, and the subpar food, there was nothing redeeming about it. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you enjoy being disappointed.

Anthony was our waiter, the service was great he was very attentive, friendly , and paid attention to everyone’s request (there were 12 of us) and all requests came out as requested. Overall great service with the manager and staff assisting making sure that we were all satisfied with the service all night. Recommended 100 %.
