My boys like Domino so we had 2-3 times a week back when they have $7.99 for up to 5 toppings. Now, same price $7.99 for ONE top, even if we only get half with pepperoni, they only give minimal. Order extra pepperoni on HALF side and don’t seem like getting much pepperoni (pictured). Very disappointed!! Time for new business that does honor their offer. Bye Domino!! I hope y’all reconsider somewhere else next time you want pizza.

Placed an order for carryout, nobody acknowledged when picking up for about 5 min. Got home and pizza was under cooked and still doughy in the middle. I ordered 2 pizza with one being with extra cheese; when I got my pizza, there was NO extra cheese and both pizza was cooked well done. Pizza was not good because it was cooked too long and hardly had cheese - and the direction to Domino's is wrong - 5244 S State Hwy 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75052 - this address does not take you to Domino's

FIRST AND LAST time ordering from this Dominos. I had a great experience ordering from other Domino’s but not at this one.I ordered chicken carbonara pasta entree and pasta with Italian sausage entree. The chicken carbonara pasta entree was more of a Kid’s Meal in the size and weight of the entree, maybe half the amount of the pasta with Italian sausage. It barely covered the bottom of the to go aluminum pan!$21.00 delivered excluding tip is DRASTICALLY OVERPRICED for a kid’s sized meal. in terms of the quantity of food! If I have wanted a Kid’s meal I would have ordered one, but I was attempting to order dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow with 2 entrees.Instead, I will be never be going going to this Domino’s again, and will order from another restaurant where they give you an appropriate and reasonable amount of food for your money.

Worst experience ever at a restaurant. On 6/25 I placed a delivery order on the app and even paid a tip for the driver. Not only was I charged for delivery fee but the driver or the restaurant messed up my order and delivered a totally different pizza from what I ordered. We were in the pool so that's why I wanted it delivered. I tried calling the store and the answering service gave me two choices: press # 1 for orders and 2 for other inquiries which is the one I pressed. Then I hear a message saying that they had technical difficulties with the phone so I called again and pressed one and a female answered but told me that this line was for orders only even after explaining my problem to her. She then said that she was going to connect me with claim and guess what, it was the same number with technical difficulties. After trying the call several times I decided to get out of the pool, dried myself out and headed to the store at which time the employee there said that they didn't have a phone line and that he was going to make the pizza right for which I had to wait. My brain was on fire at this time. I feel that why I paid for delivery and tip if I ended up having to pickup my own pizza. If you ask me the pizza should have been free after all the aggravation that I went through. Will never buy pizza at Domino's again and I will try to call corporate to ask for a full refund or else I will report it to my bank as a fraudulent charge because in my mind that is scamming people.

My wife ordered lunch online from our neighborhood Dominos. Terrible mistake. I drive down to pick it up, and back home. Wings came with no sauce. The Pasta Primavera had no tomatoes. The Chicken Alfredo Pasta had no chicken. I tried to call the store, but the recording says that they are having phone issues and you will have to go online. Dominos knows that they are terrible, and makes it impossible to speak with anyone. I drive back to the store to discuss the issues with the "manager". First, I ask him about the Primavera. He said it was made correctly. I showed it to him, and said where is the tomatoes. His response was, "We are out of tomatoes." Well, you just told me it was made correctly. So if you are out of ingredients, TAKE THAT ITEM OFFLINE. Don't allow your customers to continue to order it even though you can't make it properly. Secondly, I tell him that the "Chicken" Alfredo had no chicken. He said, "I made it, and I put the chicken on it". I asked him if he is implying that I took the chicken off. He said, "I don't know what you did with it once you took it, but I put the chicken on it." I asked him for his name, as he is the manager. He refused to give me his name. I then asked for his supervisor's name, and he refused to give me that person's name. He said, "I don't see what the issue is." You guys have a 2.1 star rating on Google. I would bet you are in the bottom 5% of restaurants with that review score. Your service is horrible. The worst part is that you know that it's horrible, so you make it impossible to call someone to speak with about the issues.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. My wife ordered lunch from this location, so I went to pick it up. Got back home, and all three lunch items were wrong. First of all, the wings didn't have the sauce ordered on them. No big deal. I can get over that. Secondly, The pasta primavera was missing ingredients. Thirdly, the chicken alfredo pasta was missing the chicken. I go back to this location and ask for the manager. Huge mistake. He tells me the pasta primavera was made correctly. When I showed it to him, he said oh we were out of tomatoes. So it wasn't made correctly? You're obviously missing ingredients. Why not take it offline so that your customers don't have the ability to order a product that you can't make properly? So then I asked him about the missing chicken on the chicken Alfredo. He tells me, I don't know what you did with it after you left here but I put the chicken on it. I showed him that the bowl was untouched and did not have the chicken. These guys are hiring these young kids who've never managed anything to manage their business. I asked him his name since he is the manager and he refused to give it to me. I asked him his supervisor's name, any refused to give it to me. I've called the corporate office and got online to create a complaint. Still haven't heard back from anyone from either at franchise or corporate about this incident. Never go to this location. The reviews do not lie. They are absolutely terrible!

Domino's is always a go. Love this place had a great vibe to it. The pieces was excellent as always I've been eating Domino's Pizza for over 25 years. This was just another great experience I always look forward to eating this wonderful meal. They could clean up a little bit outside. But other than that it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back. I may not come back to this particular location. But if I'm in the area I would. Otherwise I'll just hit the home team... But Domino's is always a go ??⭐?
