Napkins cover more surface area than the server's attire. Table etiquette is subpar, mainly because they physically lean on the tables, sit in the booths while taking orders, "scratch" and reach over your food while you're eating to grab stuff(they can just ask), and the hair is usually intrusive to food/drinks while they're "leaning". But I respect them making an honest living doing what they do.
Let me start off by saying there is NO customer service! No one NEVER answers the phone if you have questions. Then once you order on-line there's an automatic charge or tip for ordering on-line. (In the past I've ordered in person and literally waited at the front desk no less than 10mins to be greeted and serviced for a To-go order).
