i ordered 3 bacon burgers, 3 fries and a milkshake. one burger had NO bacon and NO onion on it with bell peppers. one burger was ok and the other burger had NO mustard on it and had diced onions, the lettuce was wilted, had no tomatoes on them which we ordered and patties were dry. one of the fries were just poured into the bag with no cup and the milkshake had no whipped cream. This is the most terrible Five Guys I've ever had, never ordering from yall again. I'll stick to IN-N-OUT.
Manager Daniel is a gross ADULT human being that preys on the underage girls that work at this location. A 29 year old man is sexually harassing 16 year old girls and upper management has yet to remove him from his position. He also lacks the customer service skills necessary to run a store. I highly do not recommend going to this location if this is what 5 Guys represents.
My food was so bad that I threw most of it away. When I unwrapped my burger, there was creamy colored water just running out of my burger. I’m assuming the lettuce was wet when they added it. It was so watery that some of the bun had disintegrated from the moisture. The whole burger was a mushy, watery, flavorless mess. Even the meat had absolutely no flavor.
