I usually LOVE golden chick but the last few times I’ve been to this location its quality and service has been kind of lacking. I’m hesitant to go back as of last night I had and am still struggling with food poisoning from eating here, only reason I’m even leaving this review is that I’m 9 months pregnant and food poisoning can pose a risk towards not only me but the baby and I want to make sure other mamas to be are cautious.

The drive thru cashier was not only rude but got my order wrong. I asked for fries for a 3 piece tender combo and she gives me a little side salad for no reason. Then on the other 3 piece combo she gave me ranch instead of gravy. When I called to talk to the manager on duty, instead of hearing me out she kept interrupting me asking me for the receipt number. I told her let me explain the entire situation to you so you can make a decision instead of interrupting me to try to hurry...

I had a small issue with my order and Was having an issue making it back to the store in time before they closed. The next time I went to Golden chick a young lady named Ashley prepared my meal correctly with precision. The food always great. I was very pleased with the response, and will continue to enjoy Golden Chick, as long as there customer service remains tremendous.Thanks Ashley.
