I have been to this location a couple of times, and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the cookies. I had recently ordered a cookie cake, and when I went to pick it up, there was a small issue with it not being ready. The employee apologized and the issue was quickly fixed. I am sorry that I am not sure of the employee's name. I think maybe Brianna? It was around 1pm on 12/11/2024. She was awesome! She even remembered me and my favorite GAC cookie from another...

They did a wonderful job on my cookie cake! Placed an order the night before and actually had to call to adjust the design a few hours before pick up. Huge thank you to Brianna, it turned out so cute! 🥰

I have ordered multiple times here and never had an issue. I made a mistake this time and put my child’s age wrong on the cake and they fixed it so quick and were so kind. They were professional the entire time and did not appear upset at all on my mistake! The service here was top notch! Tysm ladies! Can’t even tell that it was originally a 12 and was supposed to be 14!! Again ty for fixing my mistake and I’m sorry again!
