Me n my family of 6 went here after Prarie lights. Place was dead stood at the front to get seated till we went and got someone, then on our way to be seated a server rolled his eyes and slammed the bag he was holding down, all because he didn't wanna serve anymore customers, so we turned around and walked back out

The waitress had a great attitude! She was doing the best she could but they only had one waitress and one cook so it was a bit frustrating bc it was a pretty long wait… we would have left but we ordered our drinks and then when we went to order food she shows us a list of the things they were out of /: it was enough to have us debating leaving if we didn’t already make the drink order. Then we get the food an it was pretty small servings. My daughter finished her fries within minutes and wanted mine. My other daughter chicken sandwich was 15$ and thin as paper she didn’t eat it bc it was “gross” all bread, lettuce, and shredded cheese. We paid but definitely won’t be back.

Paola was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we were seated, she delivered outstanding service with incredible attention to detail. She was attentive, energetic, and handled multiple tables with ease, never missing a beat.
I made a point to speak with management about her excellent service, and they shared that she consistently has a great attitude as well - which clearly shows in how she serves guests. It’s refreshing to experience service like this, especially when everything ran smoothly and there was no wait.
The staff at this location is amazing, but Paola truly stood out! I highly recommend this location and especially recommend asking for Paola. She is top-tier!

My family and I have been having breakfast at this location regularly, often more than four times a month, for the past 3 years. Recently, however, we’ve had two separate encounters where one of the servers, Pete, was noticeably disrespectful and displayed poor customer service. It was unusual for me, but the behaviour was concerning enough that I had to involve the on-duty manager. On a positive note, I’ve observed Yolanda on several occasions, and although we’ve only had her as our server once, her service was exceptional, genuine, and truly stood out.

The server, Yolanda, I had was very kind and respectful. She treated me well and maintained professionalism throughout my time I was here. She made sure I was taken care of and made sure our food was good. If y'all want a good server that will treat you right, she’s the person. I really enjoyed coming here and will definitely be coming back!

Great time and experience..Wonderful people and excellent service from the time I walked in.. The waitress Ms. Yolanda was very nice and polite and fast.. She was always smiling.Very energetic and friendly.. She went above and beyond and was fast during time she took my order...
