The food was awful…tasted like a dirty kitchen mop. There was a hair in the sausage!! And the portions have gotten a lot tinier. The waitress didn’t check on us not once after the meal was served. And we were almost knocked down by another waitress when we were trying to get up. The table, menus and everything was sticky - does it not get wiped down at all? Anyway…dismal service, won’t be coming back.

I have always loved ihop but yesterday’s experience at this location was pretty bad, arrived at around 2:20-2:30 pm ordered coffee and water and then ordered our entrees it was 3:15pm and food was not out yet and there was only about 2 other tables that had customers so I decided to pay for the coffee and one of the plates that made it out and went home. It’s definitely the last time I will ever step foot in these location, actually I think I will have to look for alternatives to ihop

Doesn't serve sourdough bread! BLT on white bread was smallest BLT I've ever seen. Salad tasted like the lettuce should have been thrown out a couple days earlier. Only had a table spoon of sugar free syrup. Won't be back.

Ordered Online, found out Breakfast Burrito was missing when arrived home. They made me a new one when I called about it. The Burrito did not come as described, it did not have hollandaise sauce and somehow they thought to put the side of hashbrowns in the burrito. Made for a very dry, non-impressive experience for their new burrito.
$2.69 for a mini kids drink + $5 for 4 French toast sicks and a few soggy strawberries and bananas. Waitstaff missing. Out of straws. No straws for those kids shot glasses. Bone or something in my bacon. Out of ham. It's honestly no wonder we were the only people eating here tonight. Hard pass in the future.
