I've been coming here for years and have always loved the food, which is why this was so disappointing.
When I visited on Friday, the restaurant already felt a bit stuffy. I came back on Sunday, and it was much worse. It was about 96F outside, and honestly, it didn't feel much cooler inside. I even came back on Monday for the buffet, and it was still immensely hot.
I understand that A/C units can break, but after several days, I expected some improvement. No customer should have to sit through that kind of heat while trying to enjoy a meal. The food is still great, but this was a very disappointing experience.

The food is really good. I ordered online for pick up. I was waiting for my food. I saw the waitress warming up my tortillas with her bare hands. Now keep in mind they handle money, credit cards, touch other things. Both waitress were handling tortillas without washing their hands. This is disgusting. I did ask the waitress if they use gloves when handling food. She replied they don't. I asked her wear gloves to reheat my new batch of tortillas. I did my research and it's a policy that they wear gloves when handling food. Beware of how they handle your food. And that waitress is not friendly.

The family which was only 3 of us had waited all week to come and eat Sunday breakfast just to receive all of our food cold. When we arrived we were seated. Drinks, coffee and chips were brought to us in a timely manner. However, i noticed there were several people seated after us who were getting their food who had more people in their party. I asked where are food was in which we had to wait, for it to be brought out. Our food was cold, and the portions were toddler size. This will be the last time we eat here.

I've been going to Los Lupes for years. My kids' Mom introduced me to the place and I still take the kids almost every week. Food is delicious, service is excellent and the vibes are top notch. I personally wish they'd turn the TVs off, but I know that's mostly a me thing.

I recommend their happy hour specials (4-7 pm) and margaritas

This place quickly became my favorite Mexican restaurant! Been here 3 times now, and they have not disappointed me once! Incredible chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. Prices are so low I'm not sure how they make money, and the food is soooo good! The shrimp nachos were absolutely delicious this last time around.

The food was cold. We order a caldo and a plate with chile relleno. After 15 minutes the waitress told us that they didn’t have chile relleno. She brought caldo and all the food was cold. The meat from the caldo was hard and didn’t taste good. They brought something cold guisado and it tasted like canned beef stew. It was cold too. We will never come back.
