Went to get Grinch meals and they were out .(We called and they said they had them but no pickle stuff for the fries ) Maybe if out of something make sure the entire shift knows. The person at the drive through was nice but failed to offer alternate solution. MY years of sales makes this comment worthy.. ABC always be selling .
Kuddos to Daniel working nights great personality on the drive thru mic loved his enthusiasm on the sauce recommendation! Customer service is hard to find and especially at McDonald’s hold him tight before Chick-fil-A gets him next door
Had a breakfast order when I got to the window it was missing a extra hash brown I started to complain and offered to pay the worker said he couldn't take payment but offered me a hash brown to take care of the situation
