We love chili at Wendy's! Taste like homemade. Always fresh ingredients. Lots of meat, beans, onions and cheese. Burgers, frues and salads are yummy too! Great service, very efficient and friendly staff. Thank you! You all are doing awesome!
The rating was lower because of the customer service. The food was good. I understand the store may have no control over the app and issues with it, BUT when you pull up at the speaker, the order was placed 10 min prior and the girl tells me they don't see my order, nothing they can do. The only suggestion was to park, wait 5-10 minutes, and then pul back through the drive thru and see if hey got it then. I parked and went in. Food order wrong they replaced it but half the order was cool just not my favorite. I don't feel great after eating here. I had the chicken wrap it was very bland and I couldn't finish it.
