I went to a Wendy’s about 3 years ago and the patty looked like it was under a heat lamp or something similar for so long it was like a hockey puck. I decided to try Wendy’s one more time and stopped at the Camp Wisdom location. Half of the sodas were out, there wasn’t any ketchup and when I asked for my fries since I ordered a combo the lady looked at me as I was fricking crazy. I ordered it, where is it? I will not be returning to any Wendy’s from now on. I’m pissed.

This Wendy's on camp wisdom every time you come through drive-thru they never have gloves on they always fixing customers food without gloves this the third time I came up here in the same thing no gloves this is out of line they shouldn't be fixing customer food with no gloves it's

1 hour waiting for food in the drive thru when there was only 4 cars is absolutely absurd. Food was cold and soggy. Poor service reflects poor management. Also make your drive thru so you can exit when service sucks instead of being stuck in the line.
Met my friend there. Not crowded at all. Food was delicious. Employees were very joyful and welcoming.

I was rushed to order in the drive-thru. Every time I would place a order the young man would ask me " is that it". When I got home the taco salad was incomplete. The potato was very old.

6:00pm on Saturday night. Lobby closed, doors locked, no sign on doors stating why. Called from my car to ask why and the employee states that it is open, I called his bluff saying that I am sitting in my car in the parking lot...... no excuse for being lazy... we'll go next door, just lost some business.

No one was in the drive thru. We were told. To hold on took 10 min and nothing. We had to drive up to place the order and all I heard was a worker complaining about people and doing his job. People walked in to eat and were not served so they left. It was like they just hated their job. Got our drink with no ice and a smug attitude. Never coming back.

The worst!! Ordered and paid for 2 pretzel burger meals got tiny plain burgers-- French fries were the crumbs from bottom of pan and their ice machine was broke so warm drinks.... and for this it was almost 30 bucks. Guess I paid for convenience of drive thru.
