Oyshi - Sushi & Hibachi

Excellent food and service. Waitress helped us choose excellent sushi fish and appetizers. She offered suggestions and they did not disappoint. The customer service was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the Japanese Udon Combination Noodles. It was delicious! The portion size was really small, though. We had ordered through Ubereats, and everyone who got fried rice had a full meal. My container was barely even half full. Besides the small portion, not much to complain about.

We ordered four items. Yellow tail, cold roll (forget tag), miso soup, and the nachos. Everything ranged from tasteless to terrible. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but her best efforts couldn't save this review. There was a distinct soapy taste in both the soup and the yellow tail plate...

I've had better gas station sushi.

The food is great but it’s so EXPENSIVE! They’ve raised the price from the last time we’ve been there so it’s so hard to go there now because even a simple meal cost so much. This used to be my favorite place but now I have to look somewhere else.

Had the crunchy roll and it was not good would not recommend this place if looking for good sushi.

Much needed experience on how to make Crab Rangoon… zero filling, small, and fried to hard… total insult smh. I work here in Grandprairie with staff that said let’s order here. They seen my order and was like Woww 6 of these little things for almost $10..Here is a picture of what I got versus the ones I normally get at a Chinese restaurant I order from in Cedar Hill. I will definitely stick to my spot

When you pay $30+ for food the food should be great! I ordered tonight (October 1st) and everything on my plate was salty ( the fried rice, steak, and side of noodles). This is what I call lazy cooking because everything tasted like a salty type of sauce and not real seasoning or flavoring. I’m very disappointed and if I could get my money back I would!

As a 1st timer but all time sushi ? lover I have to give this place 5 stars ✨ I will be back! My tuna on the Tuna Fantastic Roll was fresh and perfectly prepared! The Alligator Roll was soo good I had to share it with my friend who only eats tempura sushi. The atmosphere was perfect for date night, family night, and solo dolo sushi run ?‍♀️. And of course I had some miso ?My new gem ?

First time ordering here on a sushi craving whim. Ordered the Godzilla roll to go.

I was impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant and thought to myself that I would love to dine in one day.

When my food was ready, they packed my food along side with utensils, napkin, and soy sauce packets.

The sushi is a little on the pricy side but you can tell that the sushi is good quality. The Godzilla roll that I ordered was delicious and satisfied my cravings. Although it had jalapenos, it wasn't spicy (to me at least). The raw fish was fresh and the craftsmanship was excellent.

Changed review because only on 2 occasions out of maybe a dozen did they forget the sauce. The Chicken Katsu Curry is one of the best tasting dishes ever. Previously I had gave this place a 1 star just because without the curry sauce the dish is not worth the cost. Because I have had nothing but good experiences since, I highly recommend this place.
