Paleteria Monarca, located on Jefferson in Grand Prairie, offers must-try mangonadas, elotes, nachos, fresas con crema, and other goodies. While it's a cash-only place, the medium fruit was okay with cucumber and mango standing out. The elote cup was decent, with the homemade pecan paleta being creamy and delicious. Despite some issues with employee mistreatment, the excellent service and rich ice cream make this spot worth a visit.
