This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. My wife ordered lunch from this location, so I went to pick it up. Got back home, and all three lunch items were wrong. First of all, the wings didn't have the sauce ordered on them. No big deal. I can get over that. Secondly, The pasta primavera was missing ingredients. Thirdly, the chicken alfredo pasta was missing the chicken. I go back to this location and ask for the manager. Huge mistake. He tells me the pasta primavera was made correctly. When I showed it to him, he said oh we were out of tomatoes. So it wasn't made correctly? You're obviously missing ingredients. Why not take it offline so that your customers don't have the ability to order a product that you can't make properly? So then I asked him about the missing chicken on the chicken Alfredo. He tells me, I don't know what you did with it after you left here but I put the chicken on it. I showed him that the bowl was untouched and did not have the chicken. These guys are hiring these young kids who've never managed anything to manage their business. I asked him his name since he is the manager and he refused to give it to me. I asked him his supervisor's name, any refused to give it to me. I've called the corporate office and got online to create a complaint. Still haven't heard back from anyone from either at franchise or corporate about this incident. Never go to this location. The reviews do not lie. They are absolutely terrible!

Seriously. Worse location. I put an order in at 5:00 PM. Supposed to be ready at 5:20-5:30 PM. I was at the location waiting, the dude said it's still being baked. Then I saw my estimated time getting longer and longer. It's already 6:00 PM and he said it's now being prepped!!! Cancelled order. Ridiculous. Lazy. Be upfront about things, don't lie to customers. Waisting everyone's time.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Placed order online ... got to the store only to find out that the store was locked and no one was working. Other people also showed up and just left. Complete scam no way of getting a refund online... if you can't run a simple business shut it down!! Scammers!!!

So I place my order online waited 30 minutes. Came to the store and they couldn't find my order. Then after a couple minutes it ding. Then they said oh we just got it. I thought they felt horrible for me so I thought they're going to comp it because I waited literally 35 minutes longer. I'm picking up food for my girlfriend who just had our newborn baby. But no they still charge me full price. This store is horrible I thought they were going to actually do the right thing. Thank you domino's

Finally! I haven't eaten Domino's since last year because this location kept making poor pizzas. I've written a few negative reviews after multiple attempts. However, I also want to be fair and leave positive reviews when deserved. I had a free pizza to use or lose, so this past Friday (5/20) at around 10pm, I decided to use it. It was finally the quality I expect- plenty of sauce, cheese, and other ingredients. The crust was adequately cooked. Thank you to the young men who made my pizza. To the owners/managers- make sure whoever was on that shift knows they did an excellent job.

Always cancels orders, pizza isn't fresh. Worst experience every time. Would give 0 but not possible unfortunately.

Arrived at around 7:20 pm today (Monday 2/7/22) and was told they are only taking cash orders. Called the phone number and operator could not confirm if they were telling the truth. Since we are in 2022 and no one Carries cash anymore, they store should put a sign up to inform customers. I told the guy at the front that I would place the order online and he said it will be voided immediately because they only take cash. That is a crazy business model for this type of establishment.

Had my online order canceled without any notification. Called the store to make sure it was really canceled and Jordan didn't even offer an apology.

I was housesitting in the area and picked up a pizza, early on a Saturday evening. When I ordered it online, the tracker immediately moved to baking. Like somehow they had anticipated my order and were just waiting for me to confirm. It took me 14 minutes to get there, my pizza was ready, and didn't feel particularly warm. I wasn't offered any parmesan or red pepper flakes, just handed my pizza. I drove a mile and a half to my destination, and lo and behold, the pizza was not hot. Nor was it completely cooked. The toppings were thrown on messily, and I had to put the whole thing in the oven. I don't know if it was just an off day, but I won't be ordering from here again. I have twice ordered from the location on Carrier Pky, and have been surprised at how good it was. So I do not believe this is a Dominos thing, this is a location thing.

Avoid this place! You would be better off eating a Totino's frozen pizza. I ordered two pizza, wings, and a salad. My entire order was not fresh, and I live less than 6 minutes away. Their response was that I could come pick up a new order, but they wouldn't deliver me a new one. The reason I ordered for delivery was because I was sick.
