I don't know how many times I've been here and say at the speaker for over 15 minutes waiting for a reply
The manager was very helpful and listened to the needs of the employees and the customers and intervened when necessary.

Food is great, workers are nice.
However, the drive thru speaker has not been working for a long, long time. Customers waits for a while until someone answers, the line gets longer then they leave or park to go inside. Popeyes need to fix the issue immediately.
This location won’t acknowledge you’re in their drive-thru. I’ve come here twice and both times, sat there. Yesterday I sat at the speaker in the pouring rain, waiting for someone to tend to us. A car left the line to go directly up to the window and they still hadn’t been tended to when we decided to drive off and go elsewhere.

They got my order wrong I order the 12 peice chicken strips and they gave something else I call the store and they dont answer
