Hands down some of the most delicious food! I was able to experience RJ’s Cocina for my birthday party along with about 40 guests and everything was great! On time, great service and delicious food such that everyone got seconds! Thank you for truly making my celebration memorable and can’t wait to taste the food again!

RJ’s Cocina is a food truck with some of the most delicious food. The service is great, fast, and attentive. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The fajita tacos are excellent, and the chicken quesadillas are mouth watering and absolutely delicious. Their salsa is a highlight—perfectly spicy with the best kick. RJ’s is the best taco truck, serving great tasting and authentic Mexican food. They catered for a birthday party with 40 guests and for a PTA event at an elementary school, and everyone was delighted.
