The manger, Obed and his team tonight was friendly and very helpful with ordering. The food here was great! Definitely would come back.
It's been a while since I've dawned the doorway of a Shake Shack and if I go another 15 years without one it would be too soon. That TINY nothing of a burger basically was an appetizer. I've had bigger sliders. They should be ashamed of themselves passing that off as a real burger. That bun was so tiny they must make them. It's not a standard size at all. The onion rings were tasty but at about $.90 each they can Keep them‼ The fries were decent as well but I didn't come for that. I came for a nice juicy burger and what I received was laughable. We're paying for the imagery and name cause the burgers are not IT‼Don't say I didn't warn you. Carry On
I have never left a negative Google review before, but this experience was bad enough that I felt others should know. We spent about $50 at the drive-thru and had one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had.
When we got to the window, the employee had placed our drinks on the counter instead of handing them to us, and our food had been sitting there as well. By the time we received everything, the drinks were watered down, both burgers were cold, the buns were soggy, and the meat wasn’t even cooked all the way through.
For the amount of money we spent, the quality was completely unacceptable. What made matters even worse was that I was sick all night and throughout the next day after eating this food. Whether it was due to the undercooked burgers or poor food handling, no customer should have to worry about getting sick after spending that kind of money.
Cold, soggy, undercooked food and watered-down drinks are unacceptable, especially for a nearly $50 order. Management seriously needs to address the lack of quality control and food safety at this location. This was a terrible experience, and I definitely will not be returning.

Ordered a number 1. Cost was around $17 and some change... Soggy bread as if the food had been sitting for awhile! The fries were cold literally not even room temperature horrible service. Avoid at all cost
I found this place to be overpriced. The burger and fries were average. The burger was on the small side. The shake was good. You would get more bang for your buck at Whataburger.
Who was too long when we got there it was more than 30 minutes. When I come back again now. And I went with my family and it was not looking good
Food is good and the staff are good as well. It just seems like they maybe under staffed.
I was out shopping and wanted to try Shake Shack for the first time, so my husband and I went in for a try. We placed our order at 12:21 and received our food at 12:55 (yes you read right 30 minutes). We could have gone next door to Five Guys.
I was so hungry I didn’t notice until have way through my burger that my bacon was missing from my order.
I asked a fellow patron is this the norm (30 minutes wait) for Shack Shake. He said no, not sure what was going on, short staff or equipment issues, but Shake Shack do better.
I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 because I really enjoyed the hamburger and lemonade.

First time trying everywhere else was packed and there was no line here so tried it burger was juicy but was plain prefer Culver’s the fries is what really messed up the experience they where not hot and they where soggy for $20 plus dollars I expect them to be crispy no matter what time I go there as it was close to closing if you can’t deliver quality to the last guest you’ll never keep repeat customers

Paul, the GM at Shake Shack, gave truly outstanding customer service! I had a watered-down soda and he actually took the time to fix the machine himself and made it perfect. He really went above and beyond. He also gave me $5 off after I mentioned having a bad experience at another location, which I really appreciated.
Joshua was also very polite and helpful. The employees at this location genuinely take care of their customers and make the experience fast and easy. Plus, the chicken sandwich here is SO much bigger and better than the Dallas Uptown location. I would honestly recommend this Shake Shack over Chick-fil-A any day!
