Smoothie King Grand Prairie

Absolutely terrible experience at this Smoothie King! I called in advance about 15 minutes before closing to order because I knew I would be there about 2 minutes before closing time and they took my order and told me it would be ready for me as soon as I got there. When I arrived on time they acted oblivious like I didn't call and they said they were closed and looked behind the counter and they had nothing made essentially ignoring my entire call. It was very disheartening and frustrating to deal with the workers at this location who made me feel like I was dumb and that were beyond lazy. Don't give this location your money!

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes because they forgot to give me my smoothie. One 32oz strawberry smoothie….

Went inside no acknowledgment and never even took chance to take my order, talking on microphone with coworkers and having a blast doing nothing to earn customers business 👎

A little high but they have lots of options.

Drinks are too good and service is kind and patient as you decide what you want, but the atmosphere is wack. Not a thing that’s really worth saying about that but the music is chill. Idc how expensive it is ima spend my money on a delicious smoothie from smoothie king. ?

I had a horrible experience twice with an Uber eats driver picking up my order all in one day . Angel the manager was so caring and kind . He was very busy but listened to my problem , promised to fix it and absolutely did fix it. I recommend this location.

I don’t recommend frequenting any of their franchise locations. First, the prices are pretty high considering what you receive. A while back they changed their app. The transition from old to new app was nowhere near smooth. Their customer contact people honestly not helpful at all. I had a recent problem with their app where the app wouldn’t post the transaction for which I was trying to purchase at the drive through window (Euless Texas). They tried twice, said it wouldn’t work. They actually wanted to scan again. I left. Their manager sent me an email which I interpreted as blaming me. Believe it or not, a couple of days later the charge actually showed up on my debit card. Had to call my bank to get the charge reversed. In short, there is nothing special about Smoothie King. There are many alternatives. I suggest going elsewhere
