Went to this Sonic twice.First time I ordered a Lemonade and it took 12 minutes for it to come out. I had ordered it with light ice and it had more than half the cup filled with ice. I then asked for it to be fixed and took another 5 minutes.Second time I ordered a Number 10 with onion rings and a sweet tea. The lady kept misunderstanding me mid order so I finally had to ask her to stop so I could try and attempt to say it clearly. She got it down, I said thank you. They told me it would take around 6 minutes since the chicken would be fresh. 15 minutes later I ring the button. 5 minutes later the speaker finally answers me with a "How can I help you?" They forgot about me!! FOR 20 MINUTES. I could tell the first lady didn't write the order down because this time there was a prompt on the screen. Absolutely ridiculous. I just left. 30 minutes at this location with no food to show for it.

I pulled into a car hop spot, pressed the button and was told to wait which I did. I was greeted about 5 minutes later and a lady asked what I’d like to order. I placed my order. I waited and hadn’t noticed it had been about 30 minutes since I ordered and it wasn’t on the screen. I pressed the button again, the same person spoke but turned the button off. She walked out looked at my car then walked back inside. I waited a few minutes then knocked on the door. A nice gentleman answered, I explained I had been waiting for a total of 35 minutes and wanted to know if my order was going to be taken. He took my order on the clipboard and I went back to my car. The total appeared a couple minutes later. I saw another order come out before mine so I left. Almost 40 minutes of trying to get a small turtle truffle nut blast. The rude cashier was short, Hispanic and wearing a green jacket/ pullover. It was clear I was not welcomed and not going to be serviced.

Unfortunately, despite purchasing a $15 meal, there was a mix-up with my order which impacted my experience negatively. I attempted to resolve the issue over the phone to avoid inconveniences but couldn't reach anyone at the store. Consequently, I had to make an additional trip, which unfortunately dampened my evening.

Hoping for better days to the bad customer experience they give. I made an online order and they say I needed to pay as I’m showing them the online receipt 2-3 times also wanted to try a “dirty” Coke Zero and asked if it was “dirty” Coke Zero as the young female lies and says yes so I of course go around the drive through and tell her nicely that it was not as she cuts me off while talking, I decided to keep things civilized and hope they/she treat people as you want to be treated and hopefully they don’t give them the same energy back or worse.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake milkshake and after a few minutes it started to taste like spoiled milk. The whipped cream was good but the cheesecake bites were disgusting and sour. And i ordered a burger and the patty was pink and undercooked, the lettuce was brown and had a slimy texture.

I ordered in the app and my double quarter cheeseburger was terrible,meat patties were overcooked and dry, very little sauce.. my route 44 cherry limeade had four limes and no cherries.. this is what I get for saving money! McDonald's cheeseburgers would've been better..

If I could do a negative review, I would. We paid extra for pickles and tomatoes and they don’t add it, when you bring it to their attention they say they were busy. Say that to start, with don’t charge extra for things you’re not adding to the meal.

Every time I have a problem it’s the same male manager there . Slow for no reason I ordered and paid ahead no line nobody at the stalls and still I waited. Order was wrong tried showing the receipt and he was rude. Won’t be going to that Sonic anymore.

In general Sonic is getting better at making burgers. My complaint is that they are no longer seving icecream cones also the dish of icecream no longer appears on their menu. It is so disappointing that they can't even keep the cheapest thing on the icecream menu and the best things for kids. The service is good usually. Breakfast is good and they make great drink.

Ordering a drink & Sunday on the app. Estimated delivery time on the app 9:45. I received a Sunday smashed into the cup by a drink lid & no drink. Server went back to get my drink. Will never come back

I went to grab a quick bite and they kept saying they didn’t hear us. They hung up. We pushed the button again after they took a few orders… had to wait until they answered… they began to take our order and Before we completed the order, they hung up… ?we called one of the workers and told her the situation and she said “go to another stall I guess”… we went to another stall and again they could not hear us?? ?I get off my vehicle go inside and tell, what looks like manager on staff the situation explaining to her I had just gotten off work it is 5:45, I write reviews on Google (LOL) & I am trying to place my order. She said she was going to take my order personally at my vehicle window…They attempted to take our order through the speaker and hung up. Horrible horrible service. I’m sticking to Sonic onMain St. for my Sonic needs from now on. DO BETTER FOLKS.
