Expect delays, long waited and likely orders with your issue if you are visiting after 5p. I get pay off someone else's order or I'm missing items more often than not. The number to leave feedback says the mailbox is full and has been for months. I guess the lack of caring starts from the top as the GM doesn't seem much involved. Also they advertise toys for the kids meal but have been giving out transformers toys for months now.
ive been to this sonic quite a few times and pretty much every time has been awful. servers are usually kind, (not always) but change so often and they dont seem like they know what they are doing. the food has been absolutely horrendous all times. i ordered a burger once and they forgot it in my order. when i asked again, they told me they were out of buns. so they served my burger on 2 burnt texas toast and a sea of mustard and ketchup that made it pretty much inedible. another...read full review

In general Sonic is getting better at making burgers. My complaint is that they are no longer seving icecream cones also the dish of icecream no longer appears on their menu. It is so disappointing that they can't even keep the cheapest thing on the icecream menu and the best things for kids. The service is good usually. Breakfast is good and they make great drink.
