We waited over 20 minutes for our food within the last hour, finally got fed up for the wait and pressed the red button asking for a refund. They said nothing! A minute later someone with purple hair comes out and throws the receipt into my car, no apology, nothing.
I HATE this sonic. Every time I go to this sonic I have some sort of issues. It takes FOREVER to get an order, even if it's just a single drink and there are no other cars there. Ask for spoons? Expect to wait at least 5 minutes only to be told "oh, that was you that asked for spoons? We had no idea who it was." Expect flippant attitudes and be sure to double check that your order is right before leaving; cant count how many times I've had yo drive back because they've messed...read full review
