Waited 30 minutes for melted ice cream. It clearly sat somewhere while we were ignored. When we tried to complain, we were again ignored. Finally had to get out of the car and go inside to get anyone to acknowledge us. We're not big complainers but this place is awful.

Come here a lot, and every single time they seem to forget something. By the time I find out I’m at home. I would understand once, but every single time? It’s ridiculous. I always order extra fruit in my drinks, and every time it’s never in there. Those things are 50 cents (which isn’t cheap) went two days ago, and tried to tell the supervisor and he ended up fixing my drink but didn’t put ice. He was super rude as well, he was acting like he didn’t want to fix my drink. He needs to definitely get demoted. They also forget your bacon a lot on burgers. Overall this place sucks,

Ordered sausage breakfast burrito!! This is a 9" flour tortilla (170cal). Two medium eggs(120 cal). 1 ounce sausage 90cal. 1 ounce cheese 110cal.This is exactly what the photo looks like and matches the calorie count. The first waiter was polite and it was very hot I opened it and Joyce's it was very small literally with a burnt FRIED egg. I pointed that out and kindly reminded him not only do I not want burnt food I want what I ordered and he would have a repeat customer.Then another guy approached with an attitude with an even smaller amount of food and lies and day they use quarterpound eggs! I told him it is supposed to be 2 eggs and 2 large eggs are a quarter pound not 1. He ask if I want Corporates number. I tell him yes.Then the cook comes out and proudly gets fresh and flat out told me the photo is not what they cook here. They weight it out it is just 1 eggs they do not scramble etc. And rudely walked off.Here is what I got. 1 medium egg poorly cooked(60 cal). 15 grams of sausage (50 cal). 0.5 ounce cheese(maybe less) 55cal. Tortilla 170cal.. ~335 calories literally half an oversized tortilla!! He measures it out alright. He gave me no more than a half serving of every with prejudice.Giving a 2 star because the first waiter is a gentleman and for no other reason.Not my first bad experience here.

Tea is very watered down and ordered a Dr Pepper with Sweet cream and received orange with sweet cream. Usually they are on top of things here. Very disappointed.

They are idiots here. If you don’t agree to the combo that they are offering for that day it takes them like 10 minutes to actually get/take your order since you didn’t agree to the combo they have on sale for that day. Freaking ridiculous.

Pulled up at 10:35pm on Friday 11/22/23 and nobody wanted to take my order… had to settle for something else. Very disappointed..
I have had a bad service at this location a few times and let it go. Today I ordered a sweet tea - rancid. The car hops were busy talking to some guys and took forever to bring my change. Won't be going back after this one.

Only gave them 1 star, because it won't allow zero!Hands down the worst Sonic in the area. Seriously needs new/better management.. something! Absolutely terrible. Takes forever to even take your order, and when you get it (finally).. make sure you check it to ensure it's correct before you leave.I'll drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a different location at this point. This one has REPEATEDLY disappointed. ?
