Many appreciate the convenient in-store pickup for online orders and note that the staff is often friendly, wonderful, and provides amazing customer service, with some employees making customers feel special. The drive-thru is available, and the coffee is frequently described as good and great.

However, the location has significant drawbacks. It is considered a Starbucks light, lacking an indoor seating area, a bathroom, and a real retail space, with only a couple of chairs outside. A major ongoing issue is the drive-thru line, which often blocks parking spots, making it challenging to park or exit smoothly. Experiences with food and service can be inconsistent; one breakfast sandwich was reported as way too hot, dry, and plain, served without condiment packets or napkins. More seriously, there are complaints of coffees, including large ones, being served with barely any coffee inside, leaving cups half empty and customers feeling charged full price for half the product. While many love the convenience and service, these operational and consistency issues are very disappointing.
