The drive-thru is available, and the coffee is frequently described as good and great.

However, the location has significant drawbacks. It is considered a Starbucks light, lacking an indoor seating area, a bathroom, and a real retail space, with only a couple of chairs outside. A major ongoing issue is the drive-thru line, which often blocks parking spots, making it challenging to park or exit smoothly. Experiences with food and service can be inconsistent; one breakfast sandwich was reported as way too hot, dry, and plain, served without condiment packets or napkins.
