My friend and I love to seat at the corner chatting and watching the baristas working. These young men and women were always hard working, happy and friendly to us. My drink came out tasted great every time. Thank you to all our baristas!❤️

I came to this Starbucks at noon on a Sunday to pick up a mobile order and the drive thru line was obscenely long. I literally couldn’t get in the line without blocking traffic. I also didn’t have time to wait in a 30 minute drive thru line. Fine, whatever. I went to the app to cancel my order and found out it wasn’t possible. The customer support chat also was not helpful and said I would be contacted in 2-3 days. That is ridiculous!!! It should not be that hard to cancel an online order ESPECIALLY when this store is not operating efficiently and it is not my fault. I probably will never take my chances again or return to this store.

I have been a loyal customer of Starbucks for quite some time, visiting your establishment at least twice a week. However, today's experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and reconsidering my patronage.Upon arriving at the store and placing a mobile order, I was asked for my name not once, but twice, and then asked to spell it out. Despite my efforts to provide the correct spelling, the staff continuously got it wrong. To exacerbate the situation, the employee handling my order was exceedingly rude and argumentative when I attempted to clarify the spelling of my name.In my frustration, I requested to speak with the manager, only to be informed that the store manager, Katheryn, was the individual who had treated me disrespectfully. It was disheartening to realize that the negative energy permeating the store was emanating from its own manager.As a customer who values respect and professionalism, I find it wholly unacceptable for a store manager to exhibit such behavior. It is evident that there is a dire need for improvement in communication skills and customer service etiquette at this particular location, and it is concerning that this attitude stems from the store's leadership.I sincerely hope that Starbucks corporate office will address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the circumstances.

I have been customer for Starbucks like over 10 years without any problems. I don’t really want to review like this but i came today any nobody come to get my drink, they ignored me and I standing for like 5 minutes, they don’t even tell me wait so they can get my order. I have to take a sit and order thru mobile app. The lady come after have taken care right away after she walks in. I feel like they are racist cuz am Asian??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️. I still support Starbuck business but i am not very happy today for the staff’s attitude ???

I went to this location because I had promise my granddaughter that I would take her here as a treat and plus I was on my to work. There was only 1 customer in the store and about 4 cars in the drive thru. I thought that if I went inside inside that would help down the wait time. I was ever so wrong. I bought a breakfast drink and a cinnamon/caramel cold brew coffee. My order was rang up at 7:31 am. I received the sandwich shortly and was still wondering why I hadn't received my drink. About 8 minutes later I asked the worker about how long would my drink be ready and she said that she was doing mobile orders and couldn't give me a time, I explained to her that I had to go to work and take my granddaughter to school. She asked me did I want to return later to pick it up? No, I am on my way to wor, I said. At 7:39 I received my drink. I thought that I was cutting my time by going inside and not through the drive -thru. There were 3 female employees working near the counter and 1 working the drive thru. I felt that the customer service could have been handed in a much better way. All those orders were waiting on the counter and only 3 customers had arrived for a mobile order.

I went to this Starbucks recently and I had the loviest experience, all the staff seemed very nice. I bought some giftcards, and the staff that helped with my purchase was super helpful and took her time to help me, even going out her way to get me more giftcards seeing as they didn’t have enough at the drive through. The young black lady was the kindest soul, it’s rare nowadays to see people that age being so considerate. I would 10/10 recommend coming here and I will be for sure coming back just for here. She really made my day, thank you. I hope she sees it. They should hire more people like her in fast food.
