Don’t know why but I think these young employees still learning how to make coffee right. Never come out right as I requested like other Starbucks!!

Starbucks Coffee Company has turned around and now serves incredible drinks. The staff is OUTSTANDING and always makes the day brighter. This store is warm and welcoming, with friendly baristas who greet customers with smiles. Even when the store is busy, they manage to get orders out in a timely manner. The team is thoughtful and friendly, remembering usual orders, such as an iced vanilla latte with extra ice, and asking about customers' events. The baristas are great and friendly, offering new menu items. One customer had a great experience with a matcha drink that was remade immediately when it was not blended well. The staff's positive attitude and kindness turn disappointing moments into great experiences, making customers feel valued. This location is one of the busiest, but the staff works hard to get drinks out on time and greet everyone warmly, making customers feel like a celebrity.
