We had Sterling’s Barbecue at one of our HOA events and they were awesome! As the Lifestyle Manager, I’m usually juggling a lot of moving parts, and they made my job so much easier. Their communication before the event was clear and quick, they showed up right on time, and their team worked like a well-oiled machine.

I can not say enough about how amazing they are. I had a lot of people in town for an event this weekend with a desperate need for BBQ. They were on it and we had a bunch of very happy out of towners who wanted the Texas BBQ experience. Do not hesitate to hire them for your event. They are very dependable.
I had the lucky opportunity to have their food today. I was beyond impressed with the food, and equally impressed with the owners. I can’t wait to see this truck again and enjoy the food.
