Was heading to Braum's when I noticed the sign that said barbacoa by the pound daily. Stopped by on my way back and picked up 1/2lb to go. That was an excellent decision. The barbacoa had the right mix of fat. People, fat is flavor and that was some of the most flavorful barbacoa I've ever had. The green and red salsas were both wonderful and pushed quite a few units on scoville scale. I love HOT!!! I will be returning to try some of their other fare.
We actually drove past this place on our way to Fitos tacos around the corner. We decided not to wait on a table and took a chance on trying a new place. We were pleasantly surprised at how fantastic the food is. The barbacoa, trompo and fajita were excellent. We loved that the tortillas was fried to be a little crispy and the oil gave them a great flavor. We will 1000% be back here soon. Doesn't look like much on the outside but the inside is pretty nice and it was very clean.
