They get your order was wrong. They Didn’t say a word service was horrible. Pizza was burned no utensils no plates not one word to us. The entire restaurant was empty. Worker went to the back. I guess to watch it through the camera. Once we left, you could see them coming out to the front never again never ever ever ever.returning here.

I recently visited Zara Cafe, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and warm lighting made it feel incredibly inviting. The decor is a perfect mix of modern and rustic, creating a comfortable space to relax or work.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant, and I feel compelled to warn others. First off, I was charged twice for my meal, I will explain how that happened.
First the person taking my order was on the phone all the time. Layla was disrespectful and not even into taking the order, I could see she was chatting with someone. So, she took the order asked me to insert my card and then, few seconds later told me that the order didn’t go through and that she needed to take the full order again. So, I did go through the order with her again, and this time I lower the tip amount and waited for the food.
10 minutes later she came out and told me that they had no rice, so I decided not eat there and get my money back. This is when things got weird, she said that she couldn’t do that and that she needed to call the owner/manager to do that. The money was returned through another application and I left the place.
The next day, I noticed a charge on my account and the first order, so I started calling this place and NEVER got an answer. So, 3 days later I stopped by the restaurant and they told me that they couldn’t do any refunds, only the manager could do. So, they call this guy, asked for my name and number and told me that he will call me that night to fix the charge. Of course, this never happened, so I went back to the place, and now I’m pissed. Again, there is no manager and the people at the restaurant unfortunately can’t figure anything out, they are kids that can’t tell right from left. I finally got to talk to this guy, the owner, and he told me that my I was not able to see the charge I was talking about, and that he already issued a refund, I explained that he was talking about the second refund, and the first one went through. So, he had no records of the first charge so I was not able to refund me anything.
The next day I call my back and they confirm that the restaurant charged me twice and I started a dispute process.
The lack of accountability and basic customer service is appalling. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice before wasting their money. Terrible service, and no respect for customers.

My recent experience at Zaza Restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Shawarma chicken wrap and two beef wraps, but instead, I received two plates of beef skewers and only one Shawarma wrap. To make matters worse, the chicken in the Shawarma wrap was spoiled—it had a nasty, off taste that made it completely inedible.
Since the change in management and new ownership, this restaurant has been deteriorating rapidly. The food quality has gone downhill, and the lack of attention to customer orders is frustrating. But the most concerning issue is the spoiled food, which is a serious health risk. I strongly believe the health department should inspect this place.
I do not recommend this restaurant at all. Save your money and go somewhere that values quality and customer satisfaction.

My food arrived installed, not even in a bag. Being from Chicago, my expectations were put off, looking for a stuffed pit with slices if gyros, cucumber sauce, lots of onions and tomatoes. I got a wrapped thin filled pit the size of a burrito. Very disappointed. Bur, again. this ain't Chicago.
Waited a whole 20 minutes to let me know the online order was cancelled because 70% of the menu is not available on a Saturday night.
Wish them well. Simply did not meet our expectations. Credit card machine set to ask for 20%, 25%, or 30% tip. I've never seen it set that high, not even in the fancist of restaurants. Hive them a lower tip, but the service dud not warrant them. Plus, we got no follow-up table service. Food pricing was acceptable. My gyro meat was factory formed and cut. Industrial food is not my deal. Again, I wish them well, but we will not return.
