“We highly recommend Cafe Italia (Ira Woods Grapevine location). Nick and his team are awesome. The food is amazing! Fresh salads, delicious bread, large portions in a romantic, as well as family friendly environment. BYOB, plenty of parking, fast service and very reasonable prices. We recently hosted our daughter’s engagement party at Cafe Italia, with 22 adults and 4 children attending. Everything was perfect! Albert, Arturo, Patty and team were wonderful! Everyone loved it We will always consider Cafe Italia our favorite Grapevine area restaurant.“

“I went to Olive Garden late last night to pick up a large order for my friends, family and I. When we got there they didn’t see our order, only for us to realize we accidentally made it for 11AM the next day. Chavan (forgive us if we spelled her name wrong) immediately said, “this is a big order, I know yall are probably all hungry so let me go ahead and put through the order,” without hesitation even though they were closing in 15 minutes. We were ready to walk out, but Chavan, all the chefs that were there on the night shift on 03/15/25, and Tyler (who gave us all our food) were kind and really pulled through for us.

“This could possibly be the best Italian restaurant in Texas. The food was excellent, and cooked to perfection. Albert, our waiter was very attentive and a delight. Our party was large, but he was spot on. The cheesecake was bliss. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I ordered carry out but the inside was beautiful. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and cheese sticks. I did think at first the price was a bit much but you get a lot of food and they were fairly generous with the shrimp. I do wish the sauce had more flavor. The cheese sticks were great and I had 8 I believe. Very flavorful. I was a bit behind do it wasn’t as stringy but still good. I wish there was a lunch portion maybe I over looked it but it was a lot of food“

“This was a 35th anniversary celebration. The place is nice, but we were seated outside a large table for four against this gigantic wall. We had to lean forward to reach the table. We actually wanted to be seated inside, but it was not offered. Our drinks were a Margarita for my wife and a Dapper Jack for me. Both were excellent also. Appetizers were east coast oysters and those were well priced and wonderful. Briny, sweet, though small. Had to ask for crackers. The grilled octopus was also excellent, very well grilled with a flavorful sauce. My wife had the Cacio e Pepe with shrimp and I had the Bucatini de Mare. No veggies, we ordered Funghi Caldi; sauteed variety of mushrooms. In either case, the pasta, though house made, was undercooked. I understand al dente, but the bucatini in particular was downright tough. The cacio e pepe did not have enough pepper. The seafood including shrimp, mussels etc were excellent,, cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were great. For desert, we had the Tiramisu which is house made and served right out of the baking dish. It was quite good, but have had better at other restaurants. I like coffee after a meal and had to ask twice for a cup. All in all, it was a nice experience.“

“My wife and I recently enjoyed eating dinner out in the patio with the great evening temps. Italian and Southwest Chicken salad are our favs and were both delicious as usual. Service is consistently excellent. Patio looked freshened up with newly planted flowers however it still has a cluttered feel/appearance and ceiling fans, table and chairs (and cushions) are worn and have seen better days. With some good thorough cleaning throughout and attention to the decor, this is a diamond in the rough.“
