Rivera's Salva TexMex is a family-friendly, clean place where the food and service are amazing. It is a go-to spot for Mexican and El Salvador food, with waitresses who remember faces and drink orders. The street tacos are a super great price and very filling. The fajitas are a great time, and the steak pupusas are freshly made and the best ever. The steak torta comes with fries that taste like old school McDonald's fries, and the brisket burrito is amazing. The chips and salsa to start are great, with fresh salsa. The restaurant is clean, not very loud even when busy, and has cute decor with cacti and succulents. There are notable improvements, with better food and salsa that has more flavoring. Prices are a couple of dollars cheaper than most TexMex places in town. The 3 taco dinner has good brisket, though the pastor was not edible. The meals are hot and cooked, and the rice with peas and carrots is enjoyed. The staff is genuine and helpful.
