I reached out close to the birthday of my angel baby wanting to bless a family with a child that was picking up a cake the same weekend of my girls birthday. Not only did they help me execute that, but they also surprised me with flowers as it was close to Mother’s Day. “I ordered a cake for my granddaughter's birthday and when we picked it up it was not the one we ordered. There was no time to make a new one and they charged me 50%. I asked for coverage to fix it at home and THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT.
