Chillies needs a new manager, the one they have is not a good one . She use the place as her own home and treats people badly. If she like you ,you can get away with murder or what ever you want . But if she don't like you ,boy are you in trouble. She a very vindictive person. The district manager needs to step in and take care of this problem. Wow did yall here what happened at chillies on Monday. I was there some guy was so hateful to one of the regular customer, I think her name was Dee Dee , she always so kind and funny to everyone. I can't believe how they manager came out a yelled at her family or friends, she wasn't aloud to come back .she shouldn't have done that . It was rude and uncalled for. Food - incomplete orders, missing items, paying extra for items like cheese and not getting it. Crappy curb service, cleanliness, general indifference of staff.
Fish missing cilantro and queso fresco (had to go back inside)
Salad (almost no cheese and I paid for extra)
Didn’t get chips and salsa. Just realized after 20 minute drive back home.
