Exceptional company. Great employees. Never a bad experience at any location. Even one employee,Kayla, in the Kaufman TX location suggested a coffee for me than I really liked better than the latte I started to order. And they don't discriminate when they hire employees! Win win!
I ordered the wrong drink and the gentleman explained the difference between the two and was very friendly. Didn't complain or act annoyed that I was changing my order at the window after ordering at the intercom. Supreme customer service, wish I had gotten his name!
