So yummy! Bring cash. We made a pit stop driving through town and were impressed with the brisket! Yummy BBQ Chicken, Sausage and sandwiches too! Our first visit and def recommend. We called ahead and the owners were sweet enough to serve us 1 min before closing time 🙃 Thank you so much!!!
I went late on a Friday. Normally, they are sold out around 1 pm on a Friday but it’s Lent. He still had Brisket and a variety of meats. Just no sausage. The potato salad and the coleslaw were a must and the barbecue sauce is phenomenal! \n\nNo cards. Cash ONLY!
On my way back to Colorado, from visiting all of my wonderful and loving friends and family in the State of Texas and yet KNEW that I needed to revisit the small town of Hallettsville, where my grandparents and my entire mom's side of the Fabian family grew up, in those times around and before me, and stop by Novosad BBQ and Sausage store and pick myself up some Czech sausage to bring back home to family and friends here in Colorado. Needless to say, one of my dear friends...
