Doesn't matter what area of the metroplex I happen to be working in on and given day, if I'm even remotely close to the mid-cities this place is my go to for lunch and/or dinner, sometimes both. Their fried catfish is some of the best I've ever had and it's like that every time. A nice place to dine in at if you don't mind the slight smell of cigarette smoke.
The menu is a little bare, but they offer À la carte for everything.
They offer take out in nice boxes and bag, but the wait can be pretty long.
The shrimp were fantastic, easily sliding right out of their tail.
