“Three of us friends arrived at the restaurant and sat on the patio due to the fact that it was a lovely evening. The wait staff came out and brought us our food and I believe at one point the manager also came out and greeted us. We had some very typical dishes, spaghetti, garlic bread, and my friend had another Italian dish. One friend had wine and two of us had a mixed drink. Our bill came out and it was quite expensive. So we talked about how we did not feel like the price matched the quality or the taste of the food/drinks. I do hope that this local restaurant will make it. I do love supporting a local restaurants. But I was not wowed by the quality or the taste of our Italian food. I hope somebody else has a better experience otherwise. The wait staff was lovely. The environment was lovely and the effort is beautiful.“

“We visited Cafe Bella for our Anniversary and it was wonderful! Its hidden away in an area close to TCU campus. The atmosphere was cozy and we felt as if we were in a five star dining establishment, but the prices are reasonable. They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own wine. The bread that was served before our meal was so hot and perfect. The Lobster Ravioli melts in your mouth and makes your taste buds sing! we will definitely be back!“

“Honestly, we loved eating at Joe's until last month. We ate there very frequently but all the sudden one of the waiters decided to start making a big deal over my 76 year old mother ordering off the kids menu since they don't have a senior menu, and for my 2 kids ordering off the kids menu. They're 12 & 13. The age was no where on their menus or website. After they started to make a problem out of it we pointed out that nowhere was an age listed on anything so they wrote it on marker on their menus. Strange hill to choose to battle on, that you'd rather give up customers that ate there 1-2 times a week over the ages on kids meals. It's kind of ridiculous. Ive never seen a restaurant care. Either way, that was it for us. The kids were really upset. They loved going there.“

They don’t make you feel like a herd of cattle getting you in and out fast. They truly really care about your experience while you are eating. Very attentive to fill your drink cups, and replenish rolls. We never go out to eat and live down in Alvarado and my husband said he would definately drive up to eat there again. “Moni's pizza is the very best in town. I ordered my pizza through the Slice App and they messed up my order. When I got home with my pizza and realized that it wasn't what I ordered, I contacted them and they we so nice about it and did everything to correct the problem. They went over and beyond to fix the situation to my satisfaction. I will never use the Slice App again because they only credited 30%of my money back. They made sure they kept their portion. I just sliced the Slice App from my phone. I will never order pizza from anywhere else except Moni's. Staff are wonderful and the Pizzas are delicious!“

It’s a small restaurant that doesn’t care about mass producing food to serve high volumes of customers. Everything is extremely fresh and is prepared by the order. Yes, it’s more than all the bad chain restaurants, but you get what you pay for. I’ve had the quail, Buffalo mozzarella, and Italian sausage appetizers. They are all so good it’s hard to choose. “Highly recommend! We have eaten here since 1984 when they first began. It is family owned and operated. They have low carb choices as well as the classic dishes. If you don’t see it on the menu, just ask since everything is fresh prepared they can probably do it! If you prefer veggies for the pasta they easily accommodate that! Love the flexibility of ordering. Love the wait staff that knows our favorite booth! Ask for Shezar to wait on you. He is the best!“

The meatballs were just okay, but the sauce was wonderful. The waitress was quiet but doesn't deserve the bad reviews given here. She was very attentive, polite and the food came out quick. The portions were small but priced accordingly. We liked that. We didn't overeat or have leftovers to deal with in the hotel.“
