Uncle G'z Flavors is a hidden gem located inside a gas station, with a small food truck outside not to be confused with the Nepali Restaurant next door. The food is fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Everything tried is hot and fresh, offering a home meal away from home for anyone who loves or wants to sample West African cuisine. The sambusa is a standout, with the flavor being great, just the right amount of spicy, and stuffed to the max. Both beef and chicken sambusas are great, and the vegetable sambusa is fantastic. The shrimp and rice sambusa is perfection. Other menu highlights include amazing beef stew and fufu. The service is excellent, with a kind and welcoming uncle Gz who set up chairs outside for guests to enjoy a beautiful lake view. The young lady who takes orders and prepares food is nice and helpful. They have a bomb theme song. Customers plan return trips for more sambusas and are excited to try the whole menu, especially a whole fried fish.
