To start with they could learn how to give the correct orders to the customers reguardless if they are inside or drive thru. I'm tired of getting charged the upgrades to my meals and still get the wrong items. I go on lunch break so already in a rush to get back only to find they give you the INCORRECT meal. Not once but 5 times at different time periods. Y'all aren't even busy when I drive over there..😡
