This was my second time at this location, and unfortunately, it was another disappointing experience. They didn't have any of the ice cream or toppings I wanted. The hot fudge was served in large clumps that couldn't even be eaten, and the whipped cream looked melted before I even received my order. After two poor experiences, I don't plan on returning
Terrible customer service from who took my order in Harker Heights TX. I love the banana split but I know sometimes they don’t have all the toppings available. So, I asked before to order, the lady say they have everything but after selecting my flavors they were missing some toppings because they don’t have them!
Always good food and service.

They also show kindness to furry friends, providing a special treat for a beloved dog's last ice cream. When issues arise, the manager steps in to resolve them, ensuring a wonderful celebration, like a birthday girl's special day with a custom ice cream cake.
