I had ordered the number 1 which comes with a large drink, but when the cashier forgot to give me the drink I asked her very politely that she had forgotten and I even showed her the receipt and she gave me a smug face and attitude. She then proceeds to make my drink and adds so much ice and doesn’t even top off my drink. After she got my beverage she shoved it into my hands and slammed the drive through window very mad.
This Taco Bell location was great. Its very common for my order to be wrong even though I always ask for just meat and cheese and these guys did a great job on the first time. Friendly staff ass well and very fast service. A+++
I ordered a small original Mountain Dew and a nachos bell grande. I get up to the window and they immediately hand me a small Baja Blast. I told them that’s not what I ordered, and they acted so confused. I say that I wanted an original Mountain Dew and they replied “A Baja Freeze?”. It took a manager to finally understand that I wanted a small original Mountain Dew. This isn’t the first time this has happened which means the workers don’t pay attention....read full review
