1/3 times I visit this location they tend to forget one or two of my food orders, and unfortunately I don't catch it until I'm home and unpacking the bag. However, most times when I return about the missing food, they are respectful and kind and understanding. I always feel bad coming back to get the order correct but they don't treat me badly over it, and provide complimentary coupons occasionally. Food was cold and they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 soft tacos with meat cheese and sour cream. They gave me: 2 soft tacos with everything. I gave them back and got my order. The tacos were cold and the drinks were flat. Don’t recommend coming

Went through the drive-thru. The person who took our order was very professional and had the nicest voice. Hubby commented that she has a voice for a professional work environment.When I got home I noticed that my order was more than I ordered, partly because I changed it and the rep thought it was in addition to and not a replacement, but the food was delicious i did not complained and commented that i now have more for later. It was a very good experience.
