Very very horrible customer service, very rude as well. My wife went by the they didn’t say a hello or anything just “what can I get you” my wife said thank you multiple times after her order and getting her food. She didn’t get a single your welcome, come again, thank you, nothing. On top of that she got me a Texas double whopper and it had one sad single excuse of a pickle In the burger. Not the first time experiencing a bad service from this location.
It was 6 pm. I wanted to relax at Bk with a hot coffee and cookies. They refused to serve me coffee. I could tell they did not want to make it because the 3 girls I asked huddled and finally told me they only serve it for breakfast. I called another BK in a nearby city and they said it depended on whether the manager wanted to make it. We have lazy people here.
