I ordered the Works Pizza with crispy crust. Under some of the pieces there was a lot of flour. Like they spilled flour on the pan before laying the crust on the pan. That made the bites of pizza where the flour was VERY DRY. Also, the pizza was very, very salty.

Get the lasagna!!

Cauliflower Pizza was great. Service was polite and respectful. Ambiance was very charming and classy. Price was between mid to high. Worth it!

My family and I went to eat dinner there. It was 7.20-7:25 pm. And I asked them if it is a too late to sit and eat there it will be okay with us. It to sit becasue they are clos e at 8 pm. We sat and I order liquor. And we order food as well. And waitress came to me a said the bar will be closed at 7:40 and I asked her if I can get another liquor before closed it. She said yes not a problem. And 5 minutes later she came and said the bar tender can not make another liquor for me because there will be two liquor on the table and they are not comfortable to do that. On the table I and my wife were adult which there could be two liquor on the table. So I cancel my second liquor order because of that. After my pizza came and I saw 1-4 of pizza was burnt. So it wasn’t really good experience with them at all. I’m so disappointed

I have been here a couple times before and it was always good but tonight not so much. Started out fine. They were pretty busy. It took around 15 minutes for our appetizers to come out and then probably another 15-20 for the meals. Appetizers were good. Our food came out and I put in a order for a side of mushroom risotto togo. I ordered the pasta and it was good. My husband ordered the 8oz steak (55$) and an add on of a lobster tail(37$) the steak was decent but the lobster was so overcooked to the point where you couldnt pull it out of the shell at all. And apparently a 55$ steak doesnt come with any sort of sides which is outrageous. We sent the lobster back and it was taken off the bill. Alright cool. We were waiting over 30 minutes for the risotto. Our waitress barely spoke to us except for the absolute bare minimum. When the risotto finally came out I tried it and it was like a soup and was undercooked. You would think with how long it took it could be at least cooked properly. Overall not a great experience at all. Will not be coming back again.

Amazing experience. Great service, try any of the Crispy pizzas. The cheesecake is huge. 1 slice is like for 3 people. We brought out baby, but we tried keeping her very quiet. There was live music and it was also fantastic. Dimly lit but good photos still. Overall a great experience and a good date night

They had some mellow live music in the courtyard today, which sounded amazing from inside the restaurant. We had desserts and coffee. Everything was house-made and wonderful. I always see the owner checking on people when we visit, and she's always wearing the most fabulous shoes I've ever seen. I actually look forward to seeing her shoes when we go. 😄👠

Colletti’s is hands down one of the best Italian spots in Harlingen. The food is consistently amazing—rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. The portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh and authentic. The service is just as great—friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere has that classic, cozy Italian feel that makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a go-to spot for a great meal. Highly recommend!

Can’t rate the food but the atmosphere seemed nice. If you are open until 8 why are you turning people away at 7:15? Telling us we will be rushed, I had even made a reservation three days prior for a party of 5.

Colletti‘s is my absolutely favorite restaurant when I am visiting Harlingen. The food is always delicious and fresh, the atmosphere is peaceful, quiet and beautiful and the service is always outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.
