The place is very nice but the service was very slow, the drinks were very bad, I ordered a soup and it literally had no flavor, almost water, they served it to me with a coffee spoon and not with a soup spoon, I asked for the largest size and it was like a quarter cup I even looked at it and it made me laugh, I gave it three stars because the only thing that was delicious was the salmon

Food was subpar, drinks were sloppy made, the chicken parm was well breaded and the chicken breast trimmed and well cooked but the sauce was bland cold and flavourless like they just open a can off the shelf. Minestrone was probly the most bland soup ive ever eatin the Campbell microwavable i had at work had more flavor. No pasta 4 beens and a god awful amount of what i assume was cabbage. A square soup bowl makes no sense you cant scoop all your soup. Place looked nice though lighting was perfectly dim, music was low and not over bearing people were quiet. Wont return but i bet the local retirees love it.

This was my first time at colletti's and overall my expericnce was okay. They give you a large portion for the food you order. The food is above average, but it definitly kept me full for a long time. The service was a little slow, but overall the staff was friendly. The ambience and vibe could use a little renovations but overall it was okay.

You will be fed for days here! The portions were huge so very friendly for family-style meals. Starting off with the goat cheese terrine, it was a nice appetizer where you can try out some different flavors in one dish. Each row was pretty flavorful and tasty! I got the chicken Parmesan as my main dish and both the chicken and spaghetti were a bit bland. The chicken crust had gotten too soft/soggy for my liking as well. The cheesecake was not that bad but wasn't a standout either since it had a bit of a gelatinous texture. The service was friendly and I loved the outdoor patio area since the weather was nice! There was plenty of seating both outside and inside. Overall I can see myself coming back here again if I wanted an Italian fix in Harlingen in a bit of a nicer setting than Olive Garden!

Ambiance was nice. The food was just ok. Don't rely on the menu specials. They refused to comply with the drink special price listed. I spoke to several people, they didn't care and did not do anything to resolve it. Would not go back.

My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary tonight. They did a Great job with the calamari, although it was well seasoned. Dinner was very good, the salads were small but the dinner bread was delicious. Sea bass was cooked perfectly but the orzo was bland. The veal picatta was delicious. Desserts were not so good. The fancy tiramisu was missing enough cocoa to counter the sweetness and the stabilizer in the cream feels like glue on your mouth after a few bites. Tried to order an iced Bailey's and coffee. They don't make iced coffee? Had to make it myself- they brought me thin coffee, a cup of ice, some cream and a shot of Bailey's. Strangest thing I have ever seen. Btw, no corkage allowed, due to their liquor license?...

You will not find any better Italian food than Colletti's in South Texas. Met the proprietor last week. Told her we drive all the way from Corpus Christi to dine at her restaurant. It's the truth. Simple the best in my book. You won't be disappointed.

Our evening was problematic from the start. Reservations we made ahead of time but proper arrangements were not made to accommodate our group. The service was lacking all the way around. We had one server/waiter who did take time to refill out drinks but that was the only hint of anyone checking on us thru out the evening. 2 of our guest ordered first, they are older and it took over an hour for their meal to arrive,no explanation as we did inquire about the long wait on 2 occasions. Their food was not hot it was not warm it was cold and some of it had to be sent back. We did have a party of 10 and the tip of course is included but I felt cheated and uneasy about the tip but paid it any way. Everyone's food was pretty much cold or luke warm. Have been to Colletti's on several occasions and this was the first time this had happened. I was certainly embarrassed and left thinking what is going on due to no answers given. We had 2 guest from out of state who were attending that evening which we had shared with about Colletti's and what a nice experience it would be. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite.

Had dinner with family and friends. The service was friendly and professional, and the courses were timed well. It wasn't our first time, but we aren't frequent diners there. I remember the food being very good, but it wasn't this time. It was average- not worth the high prices. I was disappointed.
