Dirty South Cajun Comfort Food LLC is a hidden gem in Harlingen. The food is incredible, delicious, and homemade. Dishes like the Cajun Fried Rice, Blackened Plate with mac and cheese, corn ribs, rice, blackened shrimp, and catfish are very flavorful and cooked well. The menu is updated frequently so there is usually something new to try. Portions are generous, and prices are very fair. The food trailer offers great taste and a memorable meal. Service and food are spectacular. This place is a one of a kind for the RGV and comes highly recommended for anyone who loves good food.
