It's always a great experience when we come to Dutch Bros but today Cass made it extra great!!! We had no idea there was kid sizes, we've been ordered our kids small drinks for what seems like forever now. She was so informative and even told us about their merch drop!!! We can't wait.
I've been to this location multiple times. I've ordered ahead online and in the line. The service sucks horribly. The staff is friendly and nice but sucks at prioritizing orders. This visit after waiting 35 mins since originally ordering online they magicly make our drinks in less than 2 mins. Clearly rushing they didnt even make correctly. Driving up has never takes less then 20 mins after your order is submitted. This visit appeared to be fully staffed with 5 people...
