IHOP in Harlingen

“Went to IHOP for fathers day at around 9:30am. There was a line out the door but thankfully my sister secured us a table so there was no waiting time. We got to the table and soon realized there was a leak in the ceiling and we asked to move to another table. The place was very busy, but nevertheless we were moved to the table across from us. As soon as we sat down there was another issue with leak from a/c vent above that was dripping. We asked to move and we were moved quickly. All was ok. We were all in good spirits. Our waiter was so professional and fast. Food was hot and delicious. Overall I was very happy with our service. Manager even came by to check to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Thats what we were impressed with because most managers just delegate from the office, but this manager was up and about actively working. The staff and waiters were quick and communicating with each other. My family and I notice things like that and even though there we were moved twice, we still enjoyed our meal and celebrated our father. Overall we had a positive experience.“

Same update and info in 2025, still having meetings here.. the harlingen location is better than Brownsville, the Brownsville spot never smells well & they forgot several people's orders when there were only 3 overall different tables with people, not good“
