I’m never going back to Khans. I don’t go often but every single time we’ve gone the steamed rice is super hard like it’s old rice. We asked for fresh rice and the waitress said they stop making rice at 7:30pm,it was 8:10 when we got there to eat. So if they run out of rice by 7:30 they won’t make anymore?? My wife and I were there a few days ago; the beef was hard to chew; my wife was served a burnt bread and upon request for another one, the waitress brought it and then took our ticket; upon check-out we asked the cashier if she was charging for the extra bread; she said yes; we explained no charge for the bread since the 1st was burnt; she had the gall to say because my wife bit the burnt bread she was charging $1; I asked to speak to the manager; she said she is the manager;...read full review
