Food and service were good! I was a little let down that they wanted to charge $3.99 for chips and salsa. Maybe they make them more special than the other 100 Mexican food places in town that give you complimentary chips and salsa. I don't know because I didn't order any. My dad ordered a breakfast plate and he liked it. It's nice that they offer breakfast all day. Overall a very good experience and nice food. I will be back.
I am not a local here but I have family here and this is the go to spot for breakfast when we visit. I honestly didn't use to like it but recently my mother said I should try it again. The first time I was told about this place it was really good, I usually try it out at least once when I come down to Harlingen from Houston, but this last time we went it was ok! It wasn't the same as before! Maybe different cooks! Sometimes places are a hit or miss! Plus its hard to stay consistent!
