Authentic Mexican food at anytime, night or day. Reasonable prices with huge portions. Great place to enjoy a meal with family and/or friends. They also have a drive thru for to-go orders.
If you are blessed enough to meet Corina, she's a ray of sunshine in a human form. I had Huevos divorciados ?. She's always so kind and attentive. I always feel welcome when she's there.It's people and good food that makes me come back.
I was in Harlingen, TX, and stopped by MI Rancho,( A.K.A.) Rancho restaurant. Anyway, I was craving a Tex-Mex breakfast, and this place had a full parking lot. I found an empty table, and in no time, a friendly waitress was handing me a menu. I ordered the pork chop with eggs ( scrambled), and it came with beans, potatoes, and two flour tortillas. Oh, also a small side bowl of salsa is served. I ordered O.J. instead of my usual cup of coffee. There is no particular reason, but...
