Went in for a remake bc they got my order wrong just for them to have me WAIT 45 minutes for my order . Being ignored while they all just stand there . Manager was a little boy who didn’t know what he was even doing . After waiting they gave me the wrong order again and it was cold . So I had to wait again . Robert the manager I spoke with yesterday do better with your employees and who you hire . This is unbelievable . Especially when they are all just standing there while there’s a pile of cars outside waiting to order or waiting for their order .

The macaroni was the nastiest tasting macaroni I have ever had it tasted like plastic and I wouldn't even feed it to my cats or dogs it was disgusting no wonder nobody comes here

Ordered a chicken sandwich told the cashier to cut sandwich in half. Sandwich was not cut, asked at the counter if they could cut it. An employee there said no. We asked for a plastic knife, response was they don't have any. Asked if they could cut it in the kitchen, was told no! Very rude employee/manager!

I specifically asked for beans and rice as a side with my 8 piece. I received fries, the biscuits were hard, the chicken was ok. They were not busy, I was the only one in line and they still got it wrong! Tried calling but no answer. Guess this is how a struggling franchise does business.

I had a disappointing experience with a staff member who exhibited unprofessional behavior. The individual's personal hygiene was concerning, as I noticed visible skin issues. Additionally, the customer service provided was rude, especially since I was the only customer an hour before closing. This raises concerns about the management and overall standards of service. Customer services needs to be improve. The manager has some work to do.
